Florida Event Advertising with Mobile Billboard Trucks
Put your brand where Florida's crowds already are.
Reach fans, attendees, tourists, and surrounding traffic at Florida's biggest games, concerts, conventions, festivals, and parades — with digital LED billboard trucks routed around the venue before, during, and after the event.
How Do You Advertise at a Florida Event?
Book a mobile billboard truck for the event date, send your artwork, and we route the truck through the approaches, lots, hotel zones, and nightlife around the venue during peak arrival and exit hours. You don't need a sponsorship deal or a venue contract — the truck works the public streets where the crowd travels. Event-day campaigns start at about $1,400 for one digital LED truck on an 8-hour day, and you get GPS route tracking and campaign photos afterward.

Florida Event Advertising FAQ
Can I advertise near a Florida event without being a sponsor?
Yes. Mobile billboards operate on public roads, so you can reach attendees on the approaches, in hotel districts, and around nightlife without a sponsorship or venue agreement. We keep trucks off restricted venue property and follow local rules.
Can your trucks drive near stadiums and convention centers?
Yes, on public streets around the venue. We plan routes around arrival and exit traffic at places like Hard Rock Stadium, Kaseya Center, and the Miami Beach Convention Center. Exact positioning depends on traffic, road closures, and local restrictions on event day.
How much does a mobile billboard cost for one event day?
About $1,400 for one digital LED truck on an 8-hour day. Parade trucks start around $1,600, and parade live streaming starts at $2,000. Multi-day and multi-truck campaigns are quoted custom.
How far in advance should I book?
Book 1–4 weeks out for most events. For Art Basel, Dolphins and playoff games, Ultra, the Miami Open, and F1 weekend, book 30–90 days ahead — trucks sell out first on those dates.
Can multiple ads rotate on the LED screen?
Yes. Digital LED trucks play video and static creatives, and you can rotate several ads in one day — for example, different messages before and after the event.
Can I book just one day?
Yes. Single-day event campaigns are our most common booking. You can also book a few hours on peak days or run across a full festival weekend.
Do you provide campaign photos and GPS tracking?
Yes. Every campaign is GPS-tracked, and you receive photos and a route recap after the event.
Do you design the ad, and can agencies book for clients?
Yes to both. Our team can produce the creative, and we regularly work with agencies booking on behalf of their clients.
