Parade & Festival LED Billboard Trucks in Miami
Roll a giant digital screen right down the parade route. Mobile Billboard Miami puts your brand, sponsors and live video in front of the biggest crowds in South Florida — with LED screen rentals, live streaming and full event support, all handled by our crew.
What is a parade mobile billboard truck?
A parade mobile billboard truck is a vehicle with large built-in LED screens that rides in the parade lineup like a float. Instead of fixed decorations, it plays your video, logos, sponsor messages or a live feed of the event itself. In Miami, Mobile Billboard Miami parade packages start at about $1,600, live streaming packages start at $2,000, and large events with 5,000+ attendees can deliver 30,000+ impressions in a single day.
What can a mobile billboard truck do at a parade or festival?
One truck, a lot of jobs. It can march in the parade as a rolling LED float, stream the action live, then park and work as a festival screen — all in the same booking window.
Rolling LED parade float
Join the lineup with bright, full-motion video on the truck's screens. Show your brand, sponsor reel, music video or celebration message along the entire route.
Live streaming truck
We capture the parade from inside the parade and put it on the screen and your channels in real time. Spectators see themselves; viewers at home see it all.
Festival LED screen rental
Park the truck at the stage, entrance or food court. Run sponsor loops, schedules, live performances, announcements and watch-party content all day.
Sponsor rotation
Organizers: sell screen time. We loop multiple sponsor spots so every partner gets airtime — a simple way to add revenue to your event.
Audio & music
Optional sound so your float has energy — music, announcements or the audio from your video, kept within parade guidelines.
Pre-event street promo
Drive the neighborhoods the week before to promote the parade or festival itself. Then show up on event day as the star of the route.
How many people will see a parade billboard truck?
At large-scale parades and festivals with 5,000 or more attendees, one LED truck can generate 30,000+ impressions in a single event. Big crowds see the truck more than once, and the screen keeps working long after the route ends.
Why impressions outnumber the crowd
- Staging and lineup — crowds see the truck before the parade even starts.
- The route itself — both sides of the street, block after block.
- Parked festival display — hours of screen time after the parade.
- Rotating content — new messages earn a second and third look.
- Phones out — bright LED screens end up in photos, stories and reels.
- Live streaming — adds an online audience on top of the street crowd.
Impression figures are estimates. Actual results depend on crowd size, route length, event duration and content. Campaigns include proof-of-performance photos and video.

Dates and crowd sizes come from event organizers and published event guides and can change, so always confirm with the organizer. We cover every Florida county.
Live streaming the parade from inside the parade
Our billboard truck doesn't just ride in the parade — it broadcasts it. A camera on the truck captures the crowd and the route, and the feed plays live on the LED screens while it streams online.
Why it works: people love seeing themselves on a giant screen. They wave, cheer, film it and share it. Your brand rides along in every one of those moments.
Easy to use: you don't need a production team. Tell us where you want the stream to go, and our crew sets up, runs and wraps the whole thing.

Trusted by Mastercard at Miami Pride — four years running
Mastercard has booked Mobile Billboard Miami for Miami Pride four years in a row. Big brands come back when the truck shows up on time, the screen looks great on camera and the crowd loves it.
That same playbook is available for your company, city, nonprofit or festival — whether it's your first parade or your tenth.
Enough trucks for the biggest events
Mobile Billboard Miami is part of the Mobile Billboard Global network, with a fleet of digital LED billboard trucks ready for single-truck entries or multi-truck parade takeovers.
Need a convoy of screens down the route, one truck in the parade and one parked at the festival, or backup coverage on a busy holiday weekend? We can scale with you.

Parade & festival truck FAQ
Can a mobile billboard truck be in a parade?
Yes. Our LED billboard trucks enter the parade lineup like any float. Your organization registers the entry with the parade organizer, and we provide the truck, the driver and the vehicle details organizers usually ask for.
How much does it cost to rent an LED truck for a parade in Miami?
Parade packages start at about $1,600. Live streaming packages start at $2,000. Price depends on event length, number of trucks, audio, travel and holiday demand.
How many impressions does a parade billboard truck get?
At large-scale parades and festivals with 5,000+ attendees, one truck can reach 30,000+ impressions in a single event. People see it in staging, along the route and at the festival afterward. Results vary by crowd size and event length.
How does live streaming from the truck work?
A camera on the truck captures the parade from inside the lineup. The live feed plays on the truck's LED screens and streams online. Our crew runs it, so you don't need any tech skills.
What content can we show on the screen?
MP4 video, JPG or PNG images, logos, sponsor loops, QR codes and a live camera feed. Our team helps size and format your files before event day.
Can the truck stay at the festival after the parade?
Yes. Many clients book the parade plus a parked festival screen for sponsor loops, stage feeds, schedules and announcements in one booking.
Can we show multiple sponsors?
Yes. We build a rotating loop so every sponsor gets airtime. It's an easy way for event organizers to add sponsorship revenue.
Can our team walk with the truck?
Yes. Walkers, dancers and brand ambassadors can march alongside the truck. Riding arrangements depend on the parade's rules and are confirmed at booking.
How far in advance should we book?
Book as early as you can, especially for Pride, Thanksgiving, holiday and MLK Day parades. Those dates fill fast. Last-minute requests are welcome — call and we'll check availability.
Can you bring a billboard truck to Calle Ocho, Gasparilla or the Winterfest Boat Parade?
Yes. At events this big, the truck can run routes around the event zone, park at an approved spot as a festival screen, or roll in the parade when the organizer accepts your entry. Calle Ocho draws about 1 million people and Winterfest more than 1 million spectators, so book months ahead.
Do we need a permit to run a truck near a parade route?
Parade routes close streets, and each city has its own rules. Parade entries are approved by the event organizer. For routes and parked displays near the event, we plan staging and check the local rules before event day.
When is parade and festival season in Florida?
The busiest stretch runs from October to March: Miami Broward Carnival and Biketoberfest in October, the Winterfest Boat Parade in December, Gasparilla in January, and Bike Week, Calle Ocho and Ultra in March.
Do you cover parades outside Miami?
Yes. We serve Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach, every Florida county, and events nationwide through the Mobile Billboard Global network.
